Tricolor Rosettes

Tricolor Rosettes, Coccarde

From the great past of our lands it was born the idea and the desire to serve our beautiful country with rosettes that could be used by the Army, the Alpine Forces or during all those national celebrations where it was important to represent the Italian flag and the Tricolor.

The Italian Tricolor flag was born indeed in our city, Reggio Emilia, on 7 January 1797 when the Parliament of the Cispadana Republic adopted by decree the Cispadano Gonfalon in three colors: Green, White, Red; the same colors to use << in the cispadana rosette, which must be worn by everyone >>, adopted for the first time by two students of Bologna a few years earlier during a revolt against the absolutist power of those times.

With the same spirit and vigor we were pushed to honor our country, even if very soon the passion for animals led us in a different but still loved direction, without forgetting our innate tradition.
